About the Organization: The Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), established in 1956, is an autonomous institution founded through a partnership between the Government of India and industry. It provides management education and capacity-building programmes for government, public-sector, private-sector and international organisations. ASCI also undertakes policy research, consultancy and advisory work across sectors. Its Centre for Management Studies offers postgraduate management education alongside executive programmes.

  • Assistant Professor Positions:
    • Centre for Management Studies – Human Resource Management – 02 Posts
    • Centre for Management Studies – Marketing Management – 01 Post
    • Centre for Management Studies – AI and Business Analytics – 02 Posts
    • Centre for Management Studies – Materials and Supply Chain Management with special knowledge of Procurement – 01 Post

Educational Qualification:

  • Assistant Professor – Human Resource Management: Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Management and at least 55% marks in the Master’s degree.
  • Assistant Professor – Marketing Management: Candidates should have a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and a Ph.D. in Management.
  • Assistant Professor – AI and Business Analytics:
    • Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a closely related discipline.
    • Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in analytics and programming tools such as Python / R, SQL and Power BI / Tableau.
  • Assistant Professor – Materials and Supply Chain Management: Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Management (MBA / PGDM or equivalent) specializing in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Materials Management or a related field, along with a Ph.D. in Management in a relevant specialization.
  • Senior Research Fellow / Senior Research Associate: Candidates should have submitted a Ph.D. thesis or be pursuing a Ph.D. in a social science discipline, including Economics, Public Policy or Management.

  • All positions require 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Remuneration for Assistant Professor positions will be as per ASCI policy.
  • Remuneration for Senior Research Fellow / Senior Research Associate positions will be Rs. 5 – 6.5 lakh per annum.
