NIT Mizoram Recruitment 2026: Associate Professor & Assistant Professor Grade II

Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should meet the qualifications prescribed for the relevant post and pay level under Schedule E of the NIT Statutes and applicable amendments.
- New entrants must hold a Ph.D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline and have a first class in preceding degrees from the Bachelor’s level onwards.

Experience:
- Experience requirements vary by post and pay level and are prescribed under Schedule E of the NIT Statutes and applicable recruitment rules.

- Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A2
- Assistant Professor Grade II (on contract): Pay Level 10
Selection Process:
- Applications will be screened, and the Institute may apply shortlisting criteria higher than the minimum eligibility requirements.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview or Selection Committee process.
- Candidates must produce their original documents for verification at the interview or Selection Committee.
