Educational Qualification:
- BBA – Associate Professor: MBA with First Class (60%) and pursuing/possessing a Ph.D.
- BCA – Assistant Professor: MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science) with First Class (60%). NET/SLET qualification is preferred.
- MBA – Associate Professor: MBA with First Class (60%) and pursuing/possessing a Ph.D. NET/SLET qualification is preferred.
- English – Assistant Professor: M.A. with First Class (60%). NET/SLET qualification is preferred.
- Psychology – Assistant Professor: M.A. in Psychology with First Class (60%).
- English – Language Trainer: M.A. with First Class (60%). NET/SLET qualification is preferred.
- Placement Executive / Senior Admission Counsellor / Administrative Staff: First Class (60%) in any Master’s Degree.
Experience:
- Associate Professor: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Language Trainer: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Placement Executive: Minimum 2 years of experience in handling placement activities.
- Senior Admission Counsellor: Minimum 2 years of experience in handling admission activities of UG & PG colleges.
- Administrative Staff: Minimum 2 years of experience in handling office administration related to University, UGC, AICTE, LIC, and other statutory bodies.
