Educational Qualification:

  • Assistant Professor: Undergraduate Degree in any discipline and Post-graduate Degree with First Class or equivalent in Business Administration / MBA / PGDM / CA / ICWA / M.Com.
  • Associate Professor: Ph.D. Degree in relevant field with First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Business Administration / MBA / PGDM / M.Com.
  • Professor: Ph.D. Degree in relevant field with First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 years of professional experience after acquiring Post-graduate Degree.
  • Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, out of which at least 2 years should be Post Ph.D. experience, along with a minimum 6 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved journals.
  • Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, out of which at least 3 years should be at a post equivalent to Associate Professor, along with a minimum 6 research publications at Associate Professor level with successful Ph.D. guidance OR minimum 10 research publications in SCI / AICTE approved journals.
