Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should possess qualifications as per UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges (2018) and subsequent amendments applicable to the respective department.
  • Candidates applying for Agriculture programmes should possess qualifications as per ICAR/Government of Assam norms.
  • Candidates applying for B.Tech programmes should possess qualifications as per AICTE/UGC/Government of Assam norms.
  • Candidates applying for Medical Lab Science should possess qualifications as prescribed in the detailed advertisement.
  • Ph.D. or NET shall be the essential qualification for subjects where NET is conducted.

Area of Specialization:

Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates having teaching, research, industry, or NGO experience in the relevant discipline.
  • For Medical Lab Science, candidates should possess two years of relevant working experience as prescribed in the advertisement.
