Educational Qualification:
- Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Ph.D. with First Class (minimum 60% marks) or equivalent grade in Master’s Degree with a consistently good academic record.
- Professor of Practice / Associate Professor of Practice: Ph.D. is desirable but not mandatory.
- Senior Consultant (Academics): Post-Graduation or Ph.D. from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience:
- Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 4 years should be as an Associate Professor.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience as Assistant Professor or equivalent.
- Assistant Professor Grade I (Academic Level 13A1): Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience as Assistant Professor or equivalent.
- Assistant Professor Grade I (Academic Level 12): Minimum 3 years of experience excluding Ph.D. experience.
- Assistant Professor Grade II (Academic Level 11): More than 1 year of post-Ph.D. experience.
- Assistant Professor Grade II (Academic Level 10): Less than 1 year of post-Ph.D. experience.
- Professor of Practice / Associate Professor of Practice: Minimum 20 years of industry or government experience.
- Senior Consultant (Academics): Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in industry, government, or academia.

- Salary and allowances shall be as per the 7th CPC pay scales and institute norms.
