Educational Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant area from a QS Top 100 university, a NIRF top-ten institution or university, an IIT, IIM, SPJIMR or XLRI.
  • Full-time MBA or equivalent from an IIT, IIM, SPJIMR, XLRI, MDI or a top-20 NIRF-ranked institution or university.

Experience:

  • Professor:
    • Candidates should have at least 10 years of teaching and research experience at an AACSB- or EQUIS-accredited institution, including at least 3 years as an Associate Professor.
    • Candidates should have supervised at least 5 Ph.D. scholars.
  • Associate Professor: Candidates should have at least 8 years of teaching or industry experience.
  • Assistant Professor: Early-career scholars are welcome to apply.

Candidate Profile:

  • Professor: Preference will be given to candidates with at least 6 ABDC- and Scopus-indexed research publications in the last 3 years, including at least 1 ABDC-A and Scopus-indexed publication published or accepted in 2025–26.
  • Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 ABDC-A and Scopus-indexed publications published or accepted in 2025–26.
  • Exceptional candidates from leading universities in the United States or Europe may be considered for appointment on deputation from another institution for a defined period.
Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Faculty compensation is aligned with 7th Central Pay Commission recommendations.
