Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of 55% marks at the postgraduate level as prescribed under the applicable UGC regulations.
  • For candidates belonging to SC / ST / PwD categories, the minimum qualifying marks at the postgraduate level shall be 50%.
Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Guest Lecturer: Rs. 2,000/- per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
  • Guest Teaching Assistant: Rs. 1,400/- per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs. 35,000/- per month.

Selection Process:

  • A merit list will be prepared based on the applications received up to the prescribed last date.
  • The provisional merit list is scheduled to be published on September 22, 2026.
  • Candidates may submit objections against the provisional merit list up to September 26, 2026.
  • The final merit list is scheduled to be published on September 28, 2026.

Age Limit:

  • The maximum age limit is 65 years.
