Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) and a Master’s Degree in Architecture (M.Arch.) with First Class or equivalent.
  • Candidates applying for the Professor position should preferably have a Ph.D. in Architecture or a relevant discipline as per COA norms.

Experience:

  • Professor:
    • A minimum of 14 years of teaching, research, or professional experience is required.
    • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience serving as an Associate Professor or in an equivalent position.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with a strong record of research publications, consultancy assignments, accreditation activities, and academic leadership.
  • Associate Professor:
    • A minimum of 8 years of teaching, research, or professional experience is required.
    • Candidates should have notable research publications or professional practice in accordance with COA norms.
  • Assistant Professor:
    • Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record as well as candidates having 0–3 years of teaching or professional experience are eligible to apply.
    • Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is mandatory.

Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates should have valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA).
  • Demonstrate a strong academic background along with an impressive design portfolio.
  • Be proficient in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-enabled design tools.
  • Research publications and consultancy experience will be preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
