Educational Qualification:

  • Assistant Professor (Research):
    • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the concerned/relevant/allied subject from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
    • Minimum three publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
    • NET/CSIR-NET or an equivalent test accredited by the UGC is desirable.
  • Field and Training Officer:
    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant discipline.
    • OR Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant discipline.

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor (Research):
    • Minimum three years of post-qualification teaching/research experience in the relevant field.
  • Field and Training Officer:
    • Minimum five years of post-qualification relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
    • OR minimum two years of post-qualification relevant experience with a Master’s degree.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication, report writing, and documentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Google tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
  • Experience in organizing training programmes, field visits, and research activities will be preferred.
  • Retired personnel of SPOs, CAPFs, and Armed Forces are encouraged to apply for the Field and Training Officer post.
Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Assistant Professor (Research): ₹90,000–₹1,20,000 per month (Consolidated)
  • Field and Training Officer: ₹55,000–₹75,000 per month (Consolidated)
