Experience:
Professor:
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years of experience as Associate Professor.
- Minimum 10 research publications in SCI/SCIE/SSCI indexed journals or ABDC A/B-rated journals, including at least 5 papers as first author and the remaining papers as second author.
- At least one Ph.D. degree should have been awarded under the candidate’s supervision.
Associate Professor:
- Minimum 8 years of total experience, including at least 2 years of post-Ph.D. experience.
- Minimum 6 research publications in SCI/SCIE/SSCI indexed journals or ABDC A/B-rated journals, including at least 3 papers as first author and the remaining papers as second author.
Assistant Professor:
- Minimum 3 research publications in SCI/SCIE/SSCI indexed journals or ABDC A/B-rated journals, including at least 1 paper as first author and the remaining papers as second author.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates should possess the qualifications and experience prescribed for the respective positions.
- Applicants should demonstrate strong academic, teaching, and research capabilities in the field of Management.
- Candidates with quality research publications and expertise in the relevant specializations will be preferred.
- Professor: CTC up to ₹24 LPA plus incentives.
- Associate Professor: CTC up to ₹18 LPA plus incentives.
- Assistant Professor: CTC up to ₹12 LPA plus incentives.
