- Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is preferred. Candidates with significant academic, professional, or research distinction may also be considered.
- Assistant Professor: Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials, teaching competence, research potential, and institutional engagement.
- Lecturer: Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university is mandatory.

Experience:
- Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching, research, or equivalent distinguished academic/professional experience with substantial academic leadership, scholarly publications, doctoral supervision, and institutional contribution.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 5-8 years of teaching, research, or equivalent academic/professional experience with a strong and consistent research profile.
- Assistant Professor: Demonstrated teaching competence, research potential, scholarly publications, conference participation, and institutional engagement will be preferred.
- Lecturer: Prior teaching, industry, professional, or research experience relevant to the discipline will be viewed favourably.
- Academic Dean: Minimum 5 years of academic work experience at the level of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in a reputed higher education institution.
- Director (Office of Applied Legal Studies): Minimum 5-10 years of academic, professional, or equivalent experience in legal education, litigation, advocacy training, dispute resolution, or moot court administration.
