Educational Qualification:

  • Engineering & Technology: B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees as per AICTE norms.
  • Management (MBA): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and Master’s Degree in Business Administration/PGDM/CA/ICWA/M.Com. with First Class or equivalent.
  • Applied Sciences & Humanities: Qualifications shall be as per UGC Regulations and applicable norms.

Experience:

  • Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience in the concerned discipline is desirable.
  • For the Management discipline, a minimum of two years of professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree is required.
Pay Scale/Salary:

Remuneration shall be paid as per the Government of Uttar Pradesh norms.

Selection Process:

  • Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a written test comprising objective-type (MCQ) questions.
  • Candidates shortlisted from the written test will be required to deliver a PowerPoint presentation (10–15 minutes) to demonstrate their subject knowledge and teaching aptitude.
  • Shortlisted candidates will subsequently appear for a personal interview before the selection committee.
  • The final merit shall be prepared based on Academic Assessment (50 Marks), Domain Knowledge & Teaching Skills (30 Marks), and Personal Interview (20 Marks).
