About the Organization: Tribhuvan Sahkari University (TSU) was established through an Act of Parliament in 2025 as an Institution of National Importance dedicated to technical education, management education, research, training, and capacity building in the cooperative sector. Guided by the vision of “Sahkar Se Samriddhi” (Prosperity through Cooperation), the University aims to become a leading centre for cooperative education and research in India. Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Pay Level 10 under 7th CPC Pay Matrix
  • Salary Range: INR 57,700 – 98,200
  • Additional benefits include DA, HRA, LTA, PF, Medical and Educational Allowances as per University rules.

Selection Process:

  • The appointment will be initially made on a contractual basis for a period of three years. Candidates demonstrating exceptional performance in teaching, research, publications, and other academic activities during this period may be considered for regular appointment at the University, subject to the prescribed selection and approval process.
