Assistant Professor (Contractual) – 01 Post

Departments:

School of Management and Labour Studies (SMLS)

Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in Management / Psychology / Applied Psychology / Human Resources Management / Economics / Sociology / Labour Studies / Labour Laws / Business Analytics / Organisational Studies / Organisational Development / Change Management / Leadership / Marketing Management / Financial Management / Operations Management / Strategic Management or an equivalent discipline from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
  • The candidate should have cleared UGC-NET/SLET/SET or possess a Ph.D. as per the applicable UGC Regulations.
  • NET/SLET/SET shall not be required for such Master’s programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted by the UGC, CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, such as SLET/SET.

Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates having prior teaching and/or field practice experience of two years.
  • Candidates with professional experience in Organisation Development (OD), Change Management, and Leadership will be preferred.
Pay Scale/Salary:

Entry Pay of Rs. 57,700/- in Academic Pay Level-10 as per 7th CPC.

  • Women candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
