Educational Qualification:
- Professor / Associate Professor: Candidates should possess a First Class Master’s degree in Management (MBA or equivalent) and a Ph.D. in Management.
- Assistant Professor: Candidates should possess a First Class Master’s degree in Management (MBA or equivalent) and NET/Ph.D.

- Marketing Management

Experience:
- Professor: Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.
- Associate Professor: Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including experience equivalent to that of an Assistant Professor.
- Assistant Professor: Experience is desirable but not mandatory for entry-level appointment.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong research and publication record in reputed journals.
- Industry experience and consultancy exposure will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and academic leadership skills.
