Educational Qualification:

  • Engineering/Technology: Candidates should possess B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or an Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees as per AICTE norms.
  • Pharmacy: Candidates should possess B.Pharm. and M.Pharm. with First Class or equivalent in both the degrees as per PCI norms.
  • Applied Sciences & Humanities: Candidates should possess a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks along with NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D., as applicable under UGC norms.
  • MCA:
    • B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or an Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
    • OR B.E./B.Tech. and MCA with First Class or equivalent in any one of the two degrees.
    • OR Graduation of three years’ duration with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and MCA with First Class or equivalent, along with two years of relevant experience after acquiring the MCA degree.
  • Management Studies (MBA): Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a Master’s degree in Business Administration/PGDM/C.A./ICWA/M.Com./MBA (Hospital Administration) with First Class or equivalent, along with two years of professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree, as per AICTE norms.
  • Counsellor: Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Psychology with a minimum of 55% marks. Additional training/courses in counselling are desirable. Candidates possessing a Ph.D. will be preferred.

Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Rs. 50,000/- per month for candidates possessing a Ph.D. in Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, etc.
  • Rs. 45,000/- per month for other eligible candidates.

Selection Process:

  • All eligible candidates should appear for the walk-in interview as per the schedule published on the Institute website or mentioned in the detailed advertisement.
  • Candidates may be required to deliver a 5–7 minute PowerPoint presentation to demonstrate their teaching ability and communication skills.
  • Selection will be based on merit, considering academic credentials, higher qualifications, GATE/GPAT score (where applicable), relevant experience acquired after obtaining the qualifying degree, research publications, and interview performance.
