Educational Qualification:

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with excellent academic background, research publications in reputed SCI journals, and eligibility as per institute norms

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor Grade I: Minimum 3 years of industrial, teaching, or research experience excluding Ph.D. experience. Candidates with sponsored projects, laboratory development experience, patents, or industry exposure will be preferred.
  • Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years of post-Ph.D. teaching, research, or professional experience, including at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor Grade I in premier institutes. Experience in sponsored research projects, Ph.D. supervision, publications, patents, and industry collaboration is desirable.

Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Assistant Professor Grade I: Basic Pay ₹1,01,500/- (Academic Pay Level 12 of the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix).
  • Associate Professor: Basic Pay ₹1,39,600/- (Academic Pay Level 13A2 of the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix).
