Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Guest Faculty with Ph.D. (engaged for PG courses): An honorarium of Rs. 1,000/- per class, subject to a maximum of Rs. 60,000/- per month.
  • Guest Faculty without Ph.D. (engaged for PG/UG courses): An honorarium of Rs. 750/- per class, subject to a maximum of Rs. 45,000/- per month.

Selection Process:

  • Selection will be made as per the provisions of the University Statutes and UGC Guidelines.
  • A merit list equal to twice the number of advertised vacancies will be prepared and will remain valid for one year from the date of publication of the result.

Age Limit:

  • Retired faculty members may be engaged up to the age of 70 years, subject to satisfactory performance and periodic review.
