Educational Qualification:
- Professor of Practice: Candidates should have a Ph.D. in the relevant domain.

Experience:
- Professor of Practice: 20 years of progressively responsible practical experience and an excellent performance record in an institute of repute or security organisation may also be considered as Professor of Practice.
- Assistant Drill Instructor: Ex. Army men with Experience of 15 years with Knowledge of Drill or Marching and Weapon Training.
- Professor of Practice: ₹1,00,000/- to ₹2,00,000/- per month (Consolidated)
- Assistant Drill Instructor (ADI): ₹41,061/- per month (Consolidated)
