Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a very good academic record throughout.
- For Assistant Professor positions in Engineering disciplines, candidates must possess a B.Tech. degree in the relevant discipline.
- For Assistant Professor in Humanities & English, candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree in English, with Economics, Psychology, and Sociology as mandatory subjects in the Bachelor’s degree.

- Academic Pay Level 10 with a pay scale of Rs. 57,700/- to Rs. 98,200/- and an entry basic pay of Rs. 70,900/- per month.

- Age relaxation for reserved-category candidates shall be applicable as per the Government of India’s guidelines.
