Educational Qualification:
- For Regular Remuneration:
- Candidates should possess a Master’s degree with at least 60% marks (or equivalent grade) along with a Ph.D. in the concerned/relevant/allied subject from a recognized Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- Candidates should have a minimum of two publications in UGC-CARE listed journals.
- For Lower Remuneration:
- Candidates should possess a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned/relevant/allied subject.
- Candidates meeting the Master’s-level qualification must also satisfy the applicable NET/CSIR or equivalent eligibility requirements.
- Regular Remuneration: Rs. 90,000/- per month for candidates having a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Lower Remuneration: Rs. 75,000/- per month for candidates having a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline and qualifying NET/CSIR or equivalent eligibility.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit is 50 years for General Category candidates.
- Reserved Category candidates will be eligible for a 5-year age relaxation.

- For General Category Candidates: Rs. 500/-
- For Women / OBC (NCL) / SC / ST / EWS / PwD Candidates: Rs. 250/-
