Mizoram University invites applications for 01 Guest Faculty engagement in Electrical Engineering on a per-lecture basis, vide Advertisement No. 6 of 2026 dated September 01, 2026. Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should possess B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch, with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
- Candidates who have completed Ph.D. after a Bachelor’s Degree from an Institution of National Importance with GATE/GPAT/CEED shall also be eligible for engagement as Guest Faculty, as applicable.
Experience:
- Relevant teaching, post-doctoral or professional experience may be considered as per the University’s screening criteria.
- The period taken to acquire M.Phil. and/or Ph.D. shall not be counted as teaching/research experience.
- Rs.1,500 per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000 per month.
Selection Process:
- Applications will be screened as per the criteria prescribed by Mizoram University.
- The interview, if scheduled, is likely to be held at short notice and candidates should regularly check the University website for updates.
