Educational Qualification:

  • Computer Science & Engineering: Candidates should have B.E. / B.Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in CSE with First Class / equivalent in any one degree and Ph.D. in the relevant field.
  • Information Technology: Candidates should have B.E. / B.Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in IT with First Class / equivalent in any one degree and Ph.D. in the relevant field.
  • Applied Mathematics: Candidates should have B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics with First Class / equivalent in any one degree and Ph.D. in the relevant field.
  • Electronics Engineering: Candidates should have B.E. / B.Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in Electronics Engineering with First Class / equivalent in any one degree and Ph.D. in the relevant field.
  • Direct Ph.D. after B.E. / B.Tech. may be considered subject to the conditions prescribed in the advertisement.
  • Candidates completing their Ph.D. by March 31, 2027 may also apply.

Experience:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 02 research publications in SCI / Scopus / Web of Science-indexed journals.
  • Prior teaching experience, Ph.D. supervision, research projects, or FDP / conference organization experience is not mandatory.
  • Candidates who have recently completed their Ph.D. are encouraged to apply.

Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Salary and other benefits shall be as per the applicable AICTE VII Pay Scale (Rs. 57,700 – 1,82,400/-) for regular faculty at MITS-DU.

Selection Process:

  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal / Technical Interview.
  • If required, MITS-DU may conduct a written test, the details of which will be notified on the University website.
  • The interview schedule and list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the MITS-DU website.
  • No individual communication regarding the interview will be sent to candidates.
