Educational Qualification:
- Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant discipline.
- Professor of Practice: A person of eminence with or without a Ph.D. or postgraduate qualification having significant professional experience and outstanding achievements in the relevant field.

- Professor:
- Minimum 12 years of teaching, research, and/or industry experience, including at least 6 years as an Associate Professor.
- A minimum of 10 research papers published in Clarivate Analytics JCR/SCOPUS-indexed journals, FT 50, or ABDC A*, A, or B journals (or equivalent as per MDI Policy), out of which at least 3 should have been published during the last 5 years.
- Associate Professor:
- Minimum 8 years of teaching, research, and/or industry experience, including at least 6 years of post-Ph.D. experience at the Assistant Professor level.
- A minimum of 6 research papers published in Clarivate Analytics JCR/SCOPUS-indexed journals, FT 50, or ABDC A*, A, or B journals (or equivalent as per MDI Policy), out of which at least 3 should have been published during the last 5 years.
- Assistant Professor:
- Fresh Ph.D. candidates may also apply.
- A minimum of 2 research papers published in Clarivate Analytics JCR/SCOPUS-indexed journals, FT 50, or ABDC A*, A, or B journals (or equivalent as per MDI Policy).
- Professor of Practice: Minimum 15 years of professional experience with a distinguished reputation in the relevant industry or field.

Selection Process:
- Applications will be processed periodically through duly constituted selection committees.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a seminar presentation followed by an interview.
- Presentations and interviews for shortlisted candidates will be conducted online.
- Preference will be given to candidates with high-quality research publications, teaching experience in reputed institutions, and substantial exposure to executive training.
