- Professor: Pay Level-14 (₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200) as per the 7th CPC.
- Associate Professor: Pay Level-13A1 (₹1,31,400 – ₹2,17,100) as per the 7th CPC.
- Assistant Professor: Pay Level-10 (₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400) as per the 7th CPC.
Age Limit:
- Professor: Maximum age limit is 55 years.
- Associate Professor: Maximum age limit is 50 years.
- Assistant Professor: Maximum age limit is 35 years for all disciplines except Chemistry and 40 years for Chemistry.
