Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Pune, an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, invites online applications (Ref. These positions are purely temporary and contractual for a period of 11 months and may be extended based on performance and institutional requirements. Educational Qualification:
- CSE: M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent with First Class or equivalent grade in Graduation and M.Tech. Candidates with Ph.D. (awarded/thesis submitted) are encouraged to apply.
- ECE/ASH: Ph.D. (awarded/thesis submitted) in the relevant or equivalent discipline with First Class in the preceding degrees.
- Candidates possessing Ph.D. degrees from IITs, NITs, IIITs, INIs, and other CFTIs will be given preference.
- Candidates with higher qualifications and strong academic records will be preferred.

Experience:
Minimum one year of teaching, research, or industry experience will be preferred.
- Ph.D. Holders/Ph.D. Thesis Submitted: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month
- Non-Ph.D. Holders: Rs. 75,000/- per month
Selection Process:
- Applications received will be scrutinized by the Institute.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through email regarding the interview process.
- Selection will be based on performance in the interview conducted by the duly constituted Selection Committee.
- Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the time of the interview.
