Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), Mumbai, invites applications from serving / retired Banking and Finance professionals for 02 Faculty Member positions on full-time contract basis at its Corporate Office, Mumbai. Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should possess a Graduate degree / CA / CMA / CFA along with CAIIB.
- A 2-year course in MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM (Banking & Finance) or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Ph.D. in a Banking / Finance related topic is desirable.
Experience:
- Candidates should have held a position in Senior Management Grade (Scale V & above) in a Public Sector Bank / Financial Institution or an equivalent position in a Private Sector Bank.
- Published articles / books are desirable.
- Candidates should be computer savvy to work in a virtual environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 02 years of experience as Faculty.
- Monthly remuneration is Rs. 1,25,000/-, with an annual increment of Rs. 8,000/-, subject to deduction of applicable taxes at source.
- Leased accommodation facility at Mumbai may be provided up to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month, subject to submission of necessary documents.
- Conveyance charges may be paid up to a maximum limit of Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- Where the leased accommodation facility is not availed and the candidate makes their own accommodation arrangement in Mumbai, 15% of the monthly remuneration may be paid towards stay arrangement, subject to the prescribed conditions.
Selection Process:
- Applications will be scrutinized, and candidates will be shortlisted by the Institute.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview before the Selection Committee at the Institute’s Corporate Office, Mumbai.
