Experience:

Professor:

  • Minimum 10 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience, including at least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.
  • Candidates should have strong research leadership, high-quality publications, and Ph.D. supervision experience.
  • Minimum 12 publications required, with at least 10 in reputed peer-reviewed journals and 6 in ABDC A*/A journals.

Associate Professor:

  • Minimum 6 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience, including at least 3 years at Assistant Professor level or equivalent.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong research capability, publication record, and Ph.D. supervision experience.
  • Minimum 6 publications required, with at least 5 in reputed peer-reviewed journals and 3 in ABDC A*/A journals.
Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Professor: Pay Level 14A with minimum basic pay of INR 1,59,100 per month along with DA, HRA, and TRA.
  • Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A2 with minimum basic pay of INR 1,39,600 per month along with DA, HRA, and TRA.
