Educational Qualification:
- Professor / Associate Professor: Ph.D. degree in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent at either the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
- Assistant Professor:
- B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. or Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
- Ph.D. in the relevant field is desirable.
- Trainer: B.E./B.Tech. with First Class in Computer Science and Engineering or a Diploma with First Class or equivalent in the relevant branch.

- Professor: Academic Level-14, Entry Pay Rs. 1,44,200/- (Basic).
- Associate Professor: Academic Level-13A1, Entry Pay Rs. 1,31,400/- (Basic).
- Assistant Professor: Academic Level-10, Entry Pay Rs. 57,700/- (Basic).
- Trainer: Pay Level-9, Entry Pay Rs. 53,100/- (Basic).
Selection Process:
- Professor and Associate Professor candidates will be shortlisted based on screening guidelines and research score, followed by presentation and personal interview.
- Assistant Professor candidates will be shortlisted through a written test in the relevant discipline, followed by presentation/interview.
