Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should possess qualifications as prescribed under UGC Regulations.
  • Ph.D./NET in the relevant discipline.
  • In the non-availability of Ph.D./NET qualified candidates, candidates possessing a postgraduate degree with a good academic record may be considered.

Experience:

Teaching and research experience in the relevant discipline will be desirable.

Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty) with Ph.D.: Rs. 1,000 per class, subject to a maximum of 60 classes per month (Maximum Rs. 60,000 per month).
  • Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty) without Ph.D.: Rs. 750 per class subject to a maximum of 60 classes per month (Maximum Rs. 45,000 per month).

Selection Process:

  • The final selection of candidates shall be made based on marks awarded for Academic Career Assessment, Research Degree, Demo Class, Teaching Experience & Research Publications, and Viva-Voice.
