Educational Qualification:

  • Assistant Professor:
    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a Master’s degree in Business Administration / PGDM / C.A. / ICWA / M.Com. with First Class or equivalent.
    • Industry professionals from Government/PSU/Research Organizations with the required experience at a level equivalent to Assistant Professor are also eligible.
  • Associate Professor / Professor:
    • Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in the relevant field from an international institute of repute or a premier institute of comparable standards, with First Class or equivalent at either the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor:
    • Candidates should have two years of professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with a strong record of multiple publications in ABDC-listed journals that are also Scopus-indexed.
  • Associate Professor:
    • Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching / research / industry, including at least 2 years of post-Ph.D. experience at the level of Assistant Professor in a reputed institution.
    • Candidates should have at least 6 research publications in SCI journals or journals included in the UGC/AICTE-approved list.
  • Professor:
    • Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching / research / industry, including at least 3 years at a post equivalent to Associate Professor.
    • Candidates should have at least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals or journals included in the UGC/AICTE-approved list and at least 2 successful Ph.D. candidates guided as Supervisor/Co-supervisor.

Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Compensation and benefits offered are higher than industry standards and the 7th Pay Commission (CPC) recommendations.
