Educational Qualification:
- A good academic record with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/relevant/allied discipline.
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in the relevant subject.
- For Management/Business Administration, candidates should possess a Ph.D. in the relevant field and a First Class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant branch.
- For Shri Rishabh Dev Jain Shodh Peeth, candidates should possess a Master’s degree in History or Ancient History & Archaeology, Culture.

Experience:
- Candidates should possess a minimum of eight years of teaching and/or research experience in a University, College, or accredited Research Institution/Industry in a position equivalent to Assistant Professor, along with at least seven publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a minimum research score of 75.
- For Management/Business Administration, candidates should have a minimum of eight years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least two years of post-Ph.D. experience, along with at least six research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals.
