Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in the concerned/relevant/allied subject from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
- Candidates should have qualified UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/SLET/SET or possess a Ph.D. as per the applicable UGC Regulations, wherever applicable.
- For Management/Business Administration, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a First Class Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)/PGDM/CA/ICWA/M.Com. or an equivalent qualification.
- For the Dr. Ambedkar Chair, candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in Economics / Sociology / History / Social Work / Political Science / Public Administration / Social Geography / Population Science / Philosophy / Education / Public Policy & Governance, along with NET/Ph.D. and relevant research publications.

Experience:
- For the post of Assistant Professor in Management/Business Administration, candidates should possess two years of professional experience after acquiring the prescribed Master’s degree.
