Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should have a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks in the relevant field in Information Technology, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour, General Management (PM & OR).
  • Candidates should possess a Ph.D. from a reputed Indian or International University / Institution in the concerned / allied and relevant discipline.

Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Professor: Level 13 of Pay Matrix – Rs. 1,23,100 – 2,15,900/- as per the 7th CPC.
  • Associate Professor: Level 12 of Pay Matrix – Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200/- as per the 7th CPC.
  • Assistant Professor: Level 11 of Pay Matrix – Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700/- as per the 7th CPC.

Selection Process:

  • Applications will be screened and shortlisted based on the information and documents submitted by the candidates.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for Demo Class and Research Presentation.
  • Shortlisted candidates will then appear for a Personal Interview before the duly constituted Selection Committee / Selection Board.
  • The final selection will be made by the duly constituted Selection Committee / Selection Board in accordance with the applicable SR&P Rules, 2026.

Age Limit:

  • Professor / Associate Professor: Not exceeding 50 years.
  • Assistant Professor: Not exceeding 40 years.
  • Age relaxation is applicable to reserved categories and other eligible categories as per Government of India rules.
