Educational Qualification:

  • Ph.D. / Doctorate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
  • Excellent academic record throughout the educational career

Experience:

  • Experience in the field of Higher Education for at least 10 (ten) years in teaching and research in a university/well-established institution of repute and/or at the undergraduate and post-graduate level.
  • Minimum of five research publications in peer-reviewed/refereed national or international research journals.
  • At least ten years of academic/administrative experience in the field of Higher Education not below the rank of Professor and Head of the Department in a university/Principal (in Professor’s Grade) of a Senior College/Head of a national/international institution of Advanced Learning.
  • Execution of at least five major research/consultancy projects with international bodies such as the World Bank or the like, and/or the Central or any State Government.
  • Experience in working with international bodies or international exposure through participation in workshops, seminars, or conferences held outside the country.
  • Experience in organizing events such as workshops, seminars, and conferences at an international level within the country in the field of Higher Education.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership with experience of setting up campus(es) with revenue growth.
