Educational Qualification:
- Qualifications prescribed by AICTE/NCTE/PCI norms shall apply to the respective disciplines, wherever applicable.
Experience:
- Candidates should possess the prescribed teaching/research experience applicable to the respective post as per UGC Regulations and AICTE/NCTE/PCI norms, wherever applicable.
- Professor: Academic Level – 14 as per 7th Pay Commission
- Associate Professor: Academic Level – 13A as per 7th Pay Commission
- Assistant Professor: Academic Level – 10 as per 7th Pay Commission
Selection Process:
- Direct recruitment shall be conducted on the basis of merit through an all-India advertisement.
- Applications will be shortlisted/screened in accordance with the applicable UGC Regulations, AICTE/NCTE/PCI/University norms.
- The University may assess teaching and/or research aptitude through a seminar, lecture in a classroom situation, or discussion on the candidate’s capacity to use the latest technology in teaching and research at the interview stage.
