• Assistant Professor (Regular): Entry Pay of Rs. 57,700/- in Academic Level-10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix with applicable allowances and benefits.
• Assistant Professor (Contract): Consolidated remuneration ranging from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 90,000/- per month depending upon qualifications and experience.

• Selection will be conducted through three stages: Screening, Conceptual & Technical Presentation, and Final Interview.
• Progressive shortlisting will be carried out at each stage of the selection process.
• Selection will be based on academic credentials, professional experience, research contributions, collaborations, and scholastic achievements.
• The interview will be conducted online through BIT Mesra.
