Educational Qualification:
- Qualifications for Engineering faculty positions will be as per AICTE norms with BE/B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. in relevant disciplines.
- Qualification for Physics Department faculty positions will be as per AICTE norms.
- MBA (HR) faculty candidates should preferably possess MBA (HR) qualification.
- Placement / Replacement Officer candidates should preferably have MBA qualification with HR and Marketing background.
Area of Specialization:
- Computer Science & Engineering and Allied Branches: AI, ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IoT, etc.
- MBA: Human Resource (HR)
Experience:
- MBA (HR) Faculty: Minimum 5 years of working experience in the HR Department, with preference for candidates having HR Manager experience.
- Placement / Replacement Officer: 5 to 10 years of experience in placement activities, training, skill development, and recruitment process.
Salary will be as per AICTE / VTU norms
