Educational Qualification:
- Qualifications shall be in accordance with the UGC Regulations 2018 or AICTE 2019, as applicable.
- For agriculture disciplines, candidates should hold a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline and have qualified the UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET, or hold a Ph.D. in a related subject.
- For Fine Arts and Painting, candidates should hold a BFA and an MFA in the relevant subject and be UGC-NET qualified. A Ph.D. is optional or preferred.
- For Sikh Religious/Punjabi Literature, UGC-NET in Religious Studies is specified; a Ph.D. is preferred.

Experience:
- Experience requirements for the respective posts shall be in accordance with the UGC Regulations 2018 or AICTE 2019, as applicable.
- Assistant Professor: Initial pay of Rs. 57,700/- per month.
- Associate Professor: Rs. 80,000/- to Rs. 1,31,400/- per month, depending on qualifications, experience, academic achievement and performance.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on the requirements of the respective School, their qualifications, suitability, experience and the applicable selection criteria.
- The selection process may include a written test, an assessment of teaching skills and an interview, as applicable to the post.
