About the Organization: Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University (KBCNMU), Jalgaon, formerly known as North Maharashtra University, was established on August 15, 1990, under the Maharashtra Universities Act, XXIX of 1989, and commenced academic and administrative functions from the academic year 1991-92. The University was recognised under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act in 1991 and 1994, respectively. Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Candidates with qualifications of NET / SET and / or Ph.D. having five or more years of teaching experience will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000/- per month.
  • Candidates with qualifications of NET / SET and / or Ph.D. having less than five years of teaching experience or fresh applicants will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 35,000/- per month.

Selection Process:

  • Short-listing of candidates for interview shall be carried out as per Table 3A of the Maharashtra Government Resolution dated March 8, 2019.
  • The University will publish the list of candidates called for interview and the interview schedule on its official website.
