• Candidates should possess a Master’s degree with 55% marks or an equivalent grade in the concerned / relevant / allied subject from a recognized Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university, along with a consistently good academic record.
• Candidates should have qualified NET conducted by UGC / CSIR or SLET / SET, or possess a qualifying Ph.D. as per the applicable UGC Regulations and prescribed exemption conditions.
• For Computer Applications, candidates should fulfil the applicable AICTE qualifications, including relevant B.E. / B.Tech. / B.S. / BCA and M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. / Integrated M.Tech. qualifications, or the prescribed MCA / Master’s degree routes.
• For Data Science, candidates should possess a Master’s degree with 55% marks in Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering along with NET / SLET / SET or the prescribed Ph.D. qualification / exemption.
• Knowledge of Gujarati is desirable.

• Salary will be as per the resolutions passed by the Executive Council of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara.

• Eligible candidates are required to appear for the scheduled walk-in interview.
• The selection process will include evaluation of academic records and research performance credentials, domain knowledge and teaching skills, teaching aptitude, communication skills, ICT skills, participation in co / extra-curricular activities, and technical knowledge including ERP skills.
• Applications will be scrutinized after the walk-in interviews.
• The University may shortlist candidates based on merit, subject relevance and institutional requirements.
