Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Human Resource Management: Master’s Degree with First Class or equivalent in MBA (Human Resources / HRM / OB), PGDM (HR) or M.Com. with HR-related specialization.
  • Marketing: Master’s Degree with First Class or equivalent in Marketing Management or related areas such as MBA / PGDM (Marketing).
  • Business Analytics: Master’s Degree with First Class or equivalent in MBA / PGDM (Business Analytics / Operations / Systems / Analytics), M.Sc. (Statistics / Data Science / Analytics) or M.Tech. (Data Analytics / AI / allied areas).
  • Finance: Master’s Degree with First Class or equivalent in MBA / PGDM (Finance), M.Com. (Finance / Accounting), CA or ICWA.
  • NET / SET / SLET in Management / relevant discipline, with applicable exemption for Ph.D. holders as per UGC regulations.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience after completion of the Master’s degree is required.
  • Relevant experience may include industry, teaching or research experience, as applicable to the respective domain.

Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates should have a strong academic and professional profile relevant to the domain applied for.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with a Ph.D. from premier institutions, relevant industry exposure and publications in reputed journals / conferences.
  • Candidates with relevant certifications, research achievements and industry-oriented expertise are encouraged to apply.
