Educational Qualification:
- Candidates for all faculty positions should possess a Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree level and a very good academic record throughout.
- Fresh Ph.D./FPM graduates who have successfully completed their internal thesis defence may be considered for Assistant Professor Grade II.

Experience:
- Professor: Minimum 10 years of post-Ph.D. academic experience, including at least 04 years at the level of Associate Professor.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 06 years of post-Ph.D. academic experience, including at least 03 years at the level of Assistant Professor (Grade I, Level 12 or above).
- Assistant Professor Grade I & II: Fresh Ph.D./FPM graduates may be considered for Grade II, while candidates with prior academic experience may be considered for Grade II or Grade I depending on the extent and relevance of their experience.

- Professor: Level 14A: Rs.1,59,100 – 2,20,200 with Entry Pay of Rs.1,59,100.
- Associate Professor: Level 13A2: Rs.1,39,600 – 2,11,300 with Entry Pay of Rs.1,39,600.
- Assistant Professor (Grade I): Level 12: Rs.1,01,500 – 1,67,400 with Entry Pay of Rs.1,01,500.
- Assistant Professor (Grade II): Level 11: Rs.68,900 – 1,17,200 with Rs.89,900 as minimum basic pay.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting will be based on academic credentials, research publications, relevance to the Institute’s areas of requirement, and other selection criteria.
