Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the appropriate subject, with First Class or equivalent (Overall 60% or above) at the preceding degree and an excellent academic record throughout from a recognized University/Deemed University or a duly approved autonomous institution meeting the prescribed ranking requirements.
- Candidates should be significant contributors to at least one published journal in their area of specialization, as per the prescribed ABDC, ABS or Web of Science journal classifications.

- Assistant Professor Grade I: Pay Level 12 / 13A1
- Assistant Professor Grade II: Pay Level 10 / 11
Selection Process:
- Applications will be shortlisted based on the requirements of the Institute.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a seminar and interview at the IIM Kozhikode/Kochi Campus.
