The recruitment includes Guest Faculty posts in English Communication Skill, Archery, Strength & Conditioning, Wushu, Sports Performance Analysis, Sports Nutrition, Shooting, Exercise Physiology and Sports Psychology, along with a Life Guard (Swimming) post. Educational Qualification:
- Guest Faculty:
- Candidates should have a Master’s Degree with 55% marks for UR and 50% marks for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates in the relevant/concerned/allied subject, as prescribed for the respective discipline.
- NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or a similar test accredited by UGC is required for the applicable disciplines, subject to the prescribed Ph.D. exemptions.
- NET/SLET/SET is not required for Sports Coaching disciplines such as Archery and Wushu.
- Life Guard (Swimming):
- Candidates should have 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution.
- Candidates should possess a valid Swimming Lifeguard certification from a recognized Institute/Organisation.

- Guest Faculty: Honorarium of Rs. 1,500/- per lecture/period, subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
- Life Guard: Honorarium of Rs. 30,000/- per month.
