Educational Qualification:

  • Teaching Associate:
    • Master’s Degree in the relevant/allied discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognized University.
    • Preference shall be given to candidates possessing NET/SLET/SET/Ph.D.
  • Instructor/Demonstrator: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or a three-year Diploma in the relevant discipline/trade from a recognized institution.
  • Administrative Associate: Post Graduation with 55% marks with experience in University/Government organizations.

Experience:

  • Instructor/Demonstrator:
    • Minimum two years of experience in industry, laboratory, workshop, or skill training related to the concerned discipline.
    • Experience in conducting practical classes, laboratory management, and student skill assessment is desirable.
  • Administrative Associate: Experience in University/Government organizations is required.
Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Teaching Associate with Ph.D.: Rs. 63,000/- per month (fixed).
  • Teaching Associate without Ph.D.: Rs. 57,000/- per month (fixed).
  • Instructor/Demonstrator: Rs. 54,000/- per month (fixed).
  • Administrative Associate: Rs. 36,600/- per month or last pay minus pension.
