- Candidates should have M.Tech./M.E. in the areas of Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Technology/Computer Engineering/Information Engineering/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science Technology/Software.
- Ph.D. in the areas of Computer Science and Engineering is desirable.
- Electronics & Communication Engineering:
- Candidates should have B.Tech./B.E. and M.Tech./M.E. in the areas of Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Ph.D. in the areas of Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering is desirable.
Area of Specialization:
- Computer Science and Engineering: Theoretical Computer Science, Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Computer Architecture, Database, Parallel and Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, Software Systems, Artificial Intelligence.
- Electronics & Communication Engineering: Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, Semiconductor Electronics, VLSI, Photonics, Integrated Circuits, Communication Systems, Control Systems and Automation, Digital Electronics, Microprocessor, Power Systems Engineering including Power Electronics and High Voltage Engineering, RF and Microwave Engineering, Signal Processing, Control Systems.
- Honorarium of Rs. 1,500/- per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
Selection Process:
- Applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility and academic score as specified under the UGC Regulations, 2018.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview through email.
