Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should possess B.E./B.Tech. and MBA/PGDM with First Class in either B.E./B.Tech. or MBA/PGDM from a recognized University.
  • B.E./B.Tech. may be in any branch of Engineering/Technology, while the MBA/PGDM should preferably be in Management.

Experience:

  • Professor of Practice: Candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in industry in recruitment/HR processes, or as an Officer/In-charge of Training and Placement at a degree-level institution, of which not less than 03 years should be in a position equivalent to Level-13A2 as per the 7th CPC.
  • Assistant Professor of Practice: Candidates should possess a minimum of 05 years of experience in industry, preferably in recruitment, or as an Officer/In-charge of Training and Placement at a degree-level institution.
  • Only experience gained in companies having an annual turnover of not less than INR 500 crore shall be considered for industrial experience.

Selection Process:

  • Assistant Professor of Practice (T&P):
    • A maximum of 15 candidates will be shortlisted for Documents & Points/Marks Verification. In case of a tie in screening-test marks, both candidates will be shortlisted.
    • Provisionally eligible candidates after document verification will be called for presentation and interview.
  • Professor of Practice (T&P):
    • Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:15 based on the score obtained against the prescribed indicators of industrial experience.
    • Provisionally eligible candidates after Documents & Points/Marks Verification will be called for presentation and interview.
