Educational Qualification:
Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related management discipline.
Experience:
- Assistant Professor:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in higher education with a strong academic background and demonstrated research potential.
- Candidates with publications in Scopus/ABDC/UGC CARE-listed journals will be preferred.
- Proficiency in contemporary pedagogies and AI-enabled teaching will be an added advantage.
- Associate Professor:
- Minimum 8 years of teaching, research, or industry experience, including at least 2 years of post-Ph.D. experience.
- Strong publication record in reputed journals with evidence of research leadership.
- Experience in curriculum development, doctoral supervision, academic administration, consultancy, executive education, and industry collaboration will be an advantage.
